nutrients (noun) - a substance, usually found in food, that helps the body live, grow, and stay healthy
fibre (noun) - a nutrient that makes up the cell walls in plants, cellulose, and is useful to the body's digestive and blood system
protein (noun) - a nutrient that is used to build muscle, and is found in meat, fish, and beans
(to be) composed (of) (adjective from passive voice of the verb 'to compose') - to be made of
nutritious (adjective) - containing many nutrients, healthy for the body (as in, food)
population (noun) - the number of people living in a certain area
to avoid (verb) - to try not to see, be seen, hear, be heard, etc.
exposed (adjective from passive voice of verb 'to expose') - to be vulnerable, to be left unprotected
fatal (adjective) - ending in death
allergic reaction (noun) - a person\s negative, physical response to something closeby or something eaten
Peanuts can be quite healthy to eat as they contain many nutrients, including fibre, vitamin E, and protein. In fact, peanuts are composed of 25% protein. Even though they are nutritious and delicious, unfortunately, about 1-2% of the population need to avoid peanuts because, if exposed to them, they could experience a mild to fatal allergic reaction.
