4) Open body language tells people that you are opening the “door to your heart and mind” (6:10), you are ready to be vulnerable (6:30) and ready to accept someone new into your life (6:34).
To maintain open body language, you should avoid crossing your arms and legs (6:56) because one is “closing their body” (7:00) which is a protection behavior (7:02). Crossing your arms protects your heart and lungs (7:09). In this position, you are on the defense (6:42) and this makes it difficult to get close to someone (6:43).
